After the eye examination, if spectacles are required, advice is freely available from our team of experienced and fully qualified dispensing opticians. They will provide as much help as you need to ensure that you end up with the best choice of frame and lenses, specifically for you.
We offer a good selection – from sturdy, economical frames through to individualised designer styles as well as a selection of sunglasses. There are lightweight hypo–allergenic titanium frames and rimless designs through to the heavier–looking styles currently in vogue.

The choice of lenses is huge and ever–expanding so, again, it is crucial to have on–hand a qualified expert who is aware of all the recent developments and can advise you on the best frame option the best lens available to provide you with a comfortable, well–fitting and attractive pair of spectacles and ensure you end up fully satisfied with your completed spectacles. We use a local lens supplier (Waterside) as well as large international providers such as Essillor and Zeiss.

We also specialise in children's spectacles, holding a large choice mostly supplied at no cost to the patient through the NHS. You are welcome to come into the practice and chat with any of us about any particular concern or desire that you may have relating to spectacles.
